 Can we get some samples?Any charge?     

 A1: Yes,you can get available samples,Free for aluminum pulley with coating ceramic 60*13mm,but freight cost.

 If no drawing,please provide the specification of products,such as material,size,shape,  quantity,  surface finish,etc.                                  

Q3: If i have no drawing,Can you help with the design? 

 A3: Yes,we have professional designer to help you with design.

 

Q4: What is the  tolerance for our pulleys? 

A4: The pulley tolerance is +/- 0.04mm, but It can reach  +/- 0.02mm(if you have strict demand)

  

Q5: If you have high requirements of pulley beating, how to solve this problem ? 

A5: We recommend that you can choose the dynamic balance process. 

 

Q6: How Can i know if Our product have been shipped? 

A6:  Detaileds photos of every process will be sent to you durning the production,we will supply track     No,once shipped.

 

Q7: What shipping method can i choose?How about the shipping time of each option? 

 A7: DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,CHINA POST ,etc. 3 to 5 working days of express delivery.

 

Q8: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country? 

 A8: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.

A9: Yes, we recommend the surface treatment as follow, Coating tungsten carbide, chromium plating, zinc plating, sand blasting, spray painting, hard anodized ,oxidation, plastic coating,etc.
